Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully. Our Services offered are subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions. By using this Site, applications or any other 780 Decals service, you agree that you have read and accept to be bound by this Agreement.

780 Decals reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. You are advised to review these Terms & Conditions each time you access the Site and use our services.

Important Before Ordering

It is critical to review the details of your invoice and artwork prior to approval. Once approved, your order is scheduled into production. Any changes requested after production has started may result in associated fees.

Artwork Mockups

Please note the display of colours on screen devices can vary for printing and embroidery results. We will do our best to match as close as possible and ALWAYS approve the mockup design. We cannot guarantee the finished product will be an exact colour match. 780 Decals is not liable for colour discrepancies.

Digital mockups provided for clothing and garment embellishment is for approximate positioning and sizing. Artwork scaling may not be exact. We will do our best to ensure it is as close to the mockup as possible. We use industry standard sizing and positioning; if there are specific sizes required, it is your responsibility to inform us before the order has been processed.

Payment Options

We accept interact e-transfer, cash, cheques and all major credit cards (including processing fee). A deposit is required before all orders and design work is started and will not be processed until received. Deposits paid will always be on the invoice. Invoices will be emailed and updated in real time if any changes are made

Turnaround

We want you to get your package as quickly and affordably as possible. We aim to complete all orders between 1-3 weeks depending on the size and items in the order. Due to the nature of custom products, each product has different lead times and additional materials require to be ordered in extending turnaround times. Upon ordering, you will receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA) barring any issues or delays and a completion date when the order is scheduled into production.

Rush Orders

We encourage to plan ahead for orders. Custom orders require planning and design approvals which take time. Expedited orders will be charged a premium based on the amount of work and timeline required.

Local Order Pick Up

Shipping is always available, however you may schedule a pick up time in Edmonton. Pick up times are between 12 PM – 9 PM between Monday – Friday and MUST be scheduled. We do not accept walk-ins, appointment only.

Shipping

We do not guarantee delivery dates, however we will do our best to communicate delivery times with our customers based on the carrier we choose. Once the package has been shipped, it is out of our hands and up to the shipping carrier to deliver on time. It is your responsibility to supply the correct shipping address and track your package once the package has been shipped. We will not refund if the package does not arrive on time or has been sent to the wrong address. If a shipment has been lost in transit, we will help communicate with the carrier to locate it.

Customer Supplied Items

780 Decals prefers to work on garments and items we obtain from our suppliers. We use clothing and items that have been tested and proven to provide quality printing and embroidery. Rarely, during the printing or embroidery process, a garment or item may become damaged. There is a possibility we may experience unexpected results while printing or sewing on untested material.

If we have supplied the garment or item, we have calculated a margin of error in the cost and will replace it. We cannot replace garments or items we have not sold or provided. If you supply the garment or item and there is a problem, we do not replace your item. Your damaged piece will be returned to you “as is”. Problems do not arise often, but the customer must be aware and agree to the possibility.

A signed waiver will be required of the customer releasing 780 Decals of all responsibility in the instance of damaged or unexpected results to the customer’s supplied garment or item being printed or embroidered.

Return Policy, Changes and Cancellations

Due to the nature of personalized products, custom orders may not be returned for a refund. In the event that you do not receive the correct item listed on the invoice, manufacturer defect or print error on our behalf we will ensure you get a replacement or refund.

If any changes or cancellations need to be made, reach out as soon as possible. Always ensure the details in your order are correct before approving. If the order has not been started yet, there will be no revision or cancellation fee. If your order has already been started and the mockup is approved, the fee will vary depending how far into production it is and we will sort out the best resolution for you.

Intellectual Property

780 Decals respects your work and encourages you to express your ideas. We advise you to respect the work and creative rights of others. When submitting your artwork content to 780 Decals, you approve that you own or have received permission and all the necessary rights to use it. Your content must comply with publicity, trademark and copyright laws. 780 Decals will not be held responsible for any publicity, trademark and copyright infringements that are submitted. You understand that you are solely responsible for the content you provide to our services.

Indemnification

By using this Site and all other related services, you agree that you will indemnify and defend 780 Decals, including all parties of our licensed content, directors and employees, against all liability, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including without limitation to reasonable legal fees and expenses) resulting from your violation, breach of this agreement or suit, claim related to any photograph, image, text or other material that was submitted.

Privacy Statement

We understand, respect and protect the privacy of our customers. We only use customer information to process and fulfill service requests to improve their shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or share information for any reason. All information is stored on secured servers and is not accessible to any third parties. We do not send spam email and will only contact for the sole purpose of processing an order request if necessary.
